Fortune OS

Contact Fortune OS

Fortune OS is self-serve: an account, a trial, an API key and an MCP connection each take minutes and need no sales call. The channels below are for what self-service does not cover.

Account and product support

Signed-in members reach support from inside the application, where a request carries the business, venue and role it concerns. Billing questions, invoices and cancellations are handled from the business's billing page, which opens Stripe's customer portal for the subscription. A request about a specific order, ticket or report is fastest with its identifier and the venue's name.

Trials and sales

There is no contact-sales gate. Create an account, add a business and a venue, and start the 30-day trial from the catalog; the first invoice is issued when the trial ends. Groups that need several venues under one reporting scope create an enterprise company from the same sign-up and grant venues to it.

Developers and AI agents

Integration questions start at the developer documentation: authentication with API keys and OAuth, the MCP server, the OpenAPI document and the discovery files. An agent that needs a machine-readable summary reads llms.txt and the MCP manifest. Every merchant mints their own keys under Settings → Profile after signing in.

Security reports and privacy requests

Report a suspected vulnerability privately through the support channel of any signed-in account rather than in a public forum, with the affected URL, the steps to reproduce and the account or venue you used; the team acknowledges reports and coordinates a fix before disclosure. Requests to access, correct, export or delete personal data are described in the privacy notice and are made from the account they concern, so the request is verified without extra identity checks.
